Approved employees can participate after registration and supervisor approval.
Coverage details and any employee-paid costs are shared during registration and your fitting.
To participate you must: (1) have a current, unexpired eyeglass prescription, (2) complete registration, (3) receive approval after registering, and (4) schedule a fitting appointment once approved for your Your Company program.
Please bring a copy of your current, unexpired eyeglass prescription and any required payment method for add-on options.
Prescriptions can also be uploaded during registration.
Order processing and delivery timelines vary by program and order type.
Distribution details are shared after your fitting appointment.
Lens-option restrictions vary by program policy.
If medically necessary, provide a doctor's prescription and follow your employer approval process.
If you have any issues with your completed order, submit an On-Sight help request as soon as possible.
