What We Fix
Any pair, wherever you bought it.
- Adjustments and refits for frames that have bent or stopped sitting right.
- Nose pad and screw replacement.
- Cleanings.
- New lenses cut for a frame you already own.
- Sunglasses too, prescription or not.
Single vision lenses are finished in the lab on site. Specialty lenses are ordered in.
What We Can’t Fix
If a break is past what we can put right in the showroom, we’ll tell you when we look at it.
Snapped Metal Fronts And Solder Breaks
Breaks that need soldering have to go to a specialist.
Discontinued Or Unavailable Parts
Parts that are no longer made cannot be replaced.
Deeply Scratched Or Crazed Lenses
Deeply scratched lenses cannot be fixed and need replacement.
Eyewear we did not sell is accepted for repair at your own risk. Frames and lenses can break during a repair, and the risk is higher with older frames. On-Sight Optics accepts no liability for damage to eyewear it did not supply.

Yes. Walk into the Miramar showroom with any pair and an optician will take a look, wherever you bought them and whether or not your employer has a program with us.
