In a lot of workplaces, prescription safety eyewear is an afterthought. Employees who wear glasses get handed over-the-glasses goggles that fog up, slip, and never quite fit. Or they’re sent to a website to pick frames off a screen, guess at their own measurements, and hope the pair that shows up actually works. When it doesn’t, there’s usually no one to call.

We think that’s backwards. Getting a pair of glasses right takes a licensed optician: someone who measures your eyes, fits the frame to your face, gets the prescription correct, and is there to fix it when something’s off. Every other pair of glasses that matters works that way, and safety eyewear should too.

So that’s what we’re building. On-Sight brings the optician to your workplace and runs the whole program around the people who wear the glasses, not around a form or a shipping label. We’re changing two things at once: the professional standard for how workplace prescriptions get made, and the human experience of getting them.
